Is it necessary to generate virtual spaces in the process of teaching and learning the English language?

Is it possible and necessary to generate and apply virtual spaces in the teaching and learning process to improve the iteration between teachers and students?  At present it is impossible to imagine not using and taking advantage of these technological tools, used in a responsible and objective manner, these are very beneficial to optimize the teaching given by teachers to motivate student learning.  Considering that students spend most of their time in cybernetic environments connected to each other through social networks that are in fashion, they also need a space that in addition to distracting them they cultivate and fill them with knowledge.  While it is unlikely to make full use of these technologies in class, they could be enabled as a virtual feedback space where students can give their opinion about classes, create debates and provide suggestions;  It would also be of great benefit to teachers because they would know the opinions and suggestions of their students.

In the Educational Unit "Simón Bolívar", belonging to the educational district of Villa Charcas, in the province of Nor Cinti of the Department of Chuquisaca;  specifically within the area of English Foreign Language, in spite of the existence of some restrictions regarding the use of mobile phones, an attempt has been made to promote the responsible use of Information and Communication Technologies through the implementation of “QUIPUS” computers in  classes with the aim of making the teaching and learning process more dynamic and productive.
This strategy of technological-educational integration in English Foreign Language classes has produced great results since the students successfully achieved their skills in the four language skills: reading, speaking, listening and writing;  so that they were able to expand their vocabulary, improve their pronunciation and understanding by being able to combine simple sentences and start short conversations.
The most satisfactory thing about the implementation of these technological activities within the classroom, in addition to dynamic teaching and productive learning, was that the students understood that there are very beneficial ways to take advantage of all the technological means they possess by virtue of improving their knowledge.
